What’s On

Sunday Worship

We meet for worship on a Sunday morning at 10.30 and our service usually lasts about an hour, followed by tea/coffee, biscuits (sometimes cake), and a friendly catch-up chat. Our Minister leads the service on the first Sunday of the month when we share Communion, other services being taken by Colin, Sue or Derek, our local preachers, or other preachers from around the area. Although the majority of us are retired, that doesn’t mean we’ve opted out of life! On the contrary, we’re a welcoming community who care passionately about God’s mission to the world so whatever your age you can be assured of a warm welcome. A family church, we have a well-equipped children’s area.

Bible Study

Meets Wednesdays in the Church from 10.15 – 12.00. We are a supportive, friendly group who would love for you to join us. We are not Biblical Scholars – just pilgrims sharing our faith through friendship and exploring the Bible and what it says to us today.

Coffee Mornings

Once a month, on the fourth Tuesday, we meet in the small hall for a coffee morning. Cakes, savoury delights, tea, coffee and above all a friendly chat. 10.30 – 12.00. You would be very welcome to join us.

Friendship Group

Why not come and join us as we share friendship and listen to lively talks, or occasionally enjoy a light-hearted quiz on a Monday afternoon? We meet once a month on the first Sunday of the month in the small hall. Contact Sheila for more details 01892 542123

Do you knit or sew? Do you like a “natter”? Then why not join this friendly and welcoming group in the small hall on the first and third Thursday afternoons from 2 to 3.30. Contact Judy for more details 01892 546790.
